DAY 1 ENTEBBE
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will proceed to clear with immigration and custom formalities. Thereafter, met by our representative and transferred to the hotel.

DAY 2 KASESE (APPROX. 5 HOURS’ DRIVE)
This day we drive to Kibale Forest Reserve via Mityana and Fort Portal, in a breathtaking landscape that forms the Albertine western Rift Valley. We will have several stop overs to relax, and sightseeing as we pass verdant countryside, traditional homesteads and farms. We will have our packed/picnic lunch on the way. Check in and relax for the rest of the evening
Dinner and overnight at Kyaninga lodge-Ensuite Cottages L-DBB
DAY 3 KASESE (CHIMP TREK + BIGODI SWAMP WALK)
Today you enter the forest in search of the cheeky chimpanzees as well as other primates. Later go for a swamp walk in Bigodi. Return to the lodge for overnight

DAY 4 QUEEN ELIZABETH – (APPROX. 2.5 HOURS’ DRIVE)
Depart after breakfast, drive via Kasese to Queen Elizabeth National Park, and check in at Mweya safari lodge. Lunch at the Lodge. Late afternoon game drives returning to the lodge before dusk for dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge-Deluxe LDBB
DAY 5 QUEEN ELIZABETH
In the early morning we do a game drive in Kasenyi area, within Queen Elisabeth NP, on a look out for the lions, buffalos, elephants, and large numbers of Uganda Kobs and other antelopes. After we will go back to the lodge for breakfast, and relax until lunch time. At 1400 hours, we will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel (2 hours approx.), to look out for the hippos, great herds of buffaloes, and lots of water birds.

DAY 6 QUEEN ELIZABETH (APPROX. 2 HOURS’ DRIVE)
After breakfast, drive to Ishasha sector of the park; check in at Ishasha Wilderness camp for lunch. Late afternoon game drives returning before dusk, freshen-up ready for dinner and overnight

DAY 7 BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST RESERVE (APPROX. 2 HOURS’ DRIVE)
Depart to Bwindi Impenetrable NP, home of the endangered mountain gorilla arriving late afternoon

DAY 8 BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST RESERVE – GORILLA TREK
Breakfast and take a short transfer to Bwindi NP headquarters where you will meet up with excellent local guides/rangers and trackers, who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. Thereafter, hike into the forest with your packed lunch. Return to the camp and free afternoon/evening to relax.

DAY 9 ENTEBBE
After breakfast, transfer to Kihihi airstrip for your flight (0945 eta EBB 1125) to Entebbe arriving in time for your onward flight.
