Overview

Kenya is one of only 15 countries globally where more than 1,000 bird species have been recorded; you can call it a bird’s paradise. On such a Safari you will spot the world’s two largest ones (common and Somali ostrich, now regarded as separate species) and Kori bustard (bulkiest flying creature), along with a wealth of raptors and a dazzling array of colorful bee-eaters, turacos, parrots, rollers, passerines…

When is the best time for a bird-watching safari?

The best time to book this safari in Kenya is for October to March as this is the period when most migrant species arrive.
